Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order is processed, it will be sent to our fulfillment partner for packaging and shipment.
Shipping Time & Carrier
We currently ship to customers in the United States only.
Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days. All orders come with tracking information, which will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is on its way.
Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $40.
For orders under $40, a flat shipping fee of $4.95 will be applied at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. PawJoy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
